在ORACLE 12C的使用中,遇到ORA-07445: 出现异常错误: 核心转储 [ktuHistRecUsegCrtMain()+1173]的错误,通过10046分析是在查询cdef$表的时候异常,导致数据库无法正常open,通过recover database,然后open成功,怀疑是oracle 12C bug,但是mos中未查询到相关记录,
