目的：为了给在公司服务一定年限的员工增加相应的福利，实现利润共享，尊重劳动贡献，特制定本管理制度
适用：与本公司签订劳动合同的所有在职员工

一、工龄工资的定义

工龄工资，是公司按照员工的工作年数，即员工的工作经验和劳动贡献的积累给予的一种福利工资。
二、员工工龄设定标准
1、从2017年元月1日起，新进员工工龄以“年”为单位，当月15日(含)以前入职的从当月计起，15日以后入职的从次月计起，每满一年即可享受工龄待遇;
2、2017年12月31日(含)以前入职的员工，从2017年元月份起按2年工龄计算。日后每到元月1日递增1年工龄;
3、2017年1月1(含)日至2017年12月31日(含)入职的员工，从2017年元月份起按1年工龄计算。日后按实际入职月(15日之前的按当月，15日之后的按次月)递增1年工龄;
4、2017年6月30日(含)以前入职的员工，从2017年元月份起按半年工龄计算。从实际入职月(15日之前的按当月，15日之后的按次月)算起，满1年后即享受1年的工龄待遇，日后按“年”为单位递增工龄，不再按半年计算;

5、2017年6月30日以后入职的员工，以实际入职月(15日之前的按当月，15日之后的按次月)算起，满1年后即享受工龄待遇;
6、所有工龄以连续工作时间的累计为原则，员工连续请假超过15天或年内请假累计超过30天者，取消工龄按新员工待遇执行并重新计算工龄(总经理特批的除外);
7、员工辞职后又复职，原工龄取消，按照新入职时间重新计算工龄。
三、员工工龄工资的设定标准
1、第二条第一款与第五款类员工，在本公司连续工作满一年的每月工龄工资为￥100元整，在本公司连续工作满两年的每月工龄工资为￥200元整。以此类推，之后在本公司工作每增加一年，每月工龄工资相应增加￥100元整，累计五年封顶;
2、第二条第二款类员工，从2017年元月起开始每月享受工龄工资为￥200元整，之后在本公司工作每增加一年，每月工龄工资相应增加￥100元整，累计五年封顶;
3、第二条第三款类员工，从2017年元月起开始每月享受工龄工资

为￥100元整，按照该款规定，之后在本公司工作每增加一年，每月工龄工资相应增加￥100元整，累计五年封顶;
4、第二条第四款类员工，从2017年元月起开始每月享受工龄工资为￥50元整，按照该款规定，之后在本公司工作每增加一年，每月工龄工资相应增加￥100元整，累计五年封顶。
四、管理人员工龄工资
管理人员(包括质检、采购、仓管、文员、销售、业务、设计、跟单、电工)工龄设定标准与员工工龄设定标准相同，工龄工资的设定标准为200元每月，计算方式与员工相同。
五、此工龄工资制度不影响公司的其它调薪。
六、本制度于2011元月份正式实施，解释权归公司行政人事部所有，修改时经总经理批准后实行。
基本上员工工龄工资管理制度就是这样，大部分公司基本上都会按照以上的管理制度来管理，在公司工作了一段时间的员工，都可以获得一定的工龄工资，有些公司会有自己的工龄工资管理制度，这样就按照自己公司规定的工龄工资管理制度来发放就可以了。
